Rooflines

Hey, like this little bumpout for the kitchen sink, a garden window, but no window box please. Maybe a bumpout for the window seat in dining room....???
Q

The roof on left kicks up like the steps wide as the deck and in general this roof in METAL for me
Q

Could the entry stoop be a straight swoop down? Or does it need to be raised a bit like the little piece of this roof?
Q

Like the "bill" on this roof gable. It would fit my house reno.

Love the windows with the heavy wood dividers and this works for our east side reno. Could have one each side can open, rest fixed.
Q

Maybe the wood frame to create a light cover for the back deck
Q

Could this be the back portion of the remodel and hook into the bumpout on north side? We'll have to see......might change the south side plan for the reno.

The porch roof is flatter and a different material. I could go for a copper front stoop entry area, if it was a plain shed style.

Think I saw this one before and marked it, but too good and straightforward to pass up. Love it.

Lots of variables here. Standing seam metal, but simpler. Just the back shed roof is a possible idea to use here.

Like this whole roofing system. A covering for the porches, and the use of one roofing material. Can it be hurricane installed this way?
Q

The two different roofing materials are nice. Copper on the small areas, the way the eyebrow of the bigger roofed area fans out instead of making a huge gable end, relates the house to its lot better.

I love this peaceful roofline that goes well with a ranch house. Maybe my new entryway can be similar, just one smooth roofline.
Q
Photo
The way the front entry roofline sticks out beyond the main house. I'd like this for my entry I do believe.
Q
Photo
Entry bumpout with an eyebrow roofline, separate from the main house. How about this for a new entryway setup?
Q
Photo
Raised area for my possible entry idea. All standing seam metal.
Q

Study the intersection of the gables on this roofline
Q

Standing seam how it tips in the middle.
Q

The way the seam of the metal panels is covered and shielded.
