A savannah holly is a large and fast growing holly ... too large for anywhere in these pictures. I could see a large tree form shrub (like the size of lilac/crape myrtle) being this close to the house, but not a large tree.

It neither looks good or works for maintenance to create triangle wedge shapes of grass (option A.) It's always better for a bed edge to meet paving at 90*. Option B leaves too skinny a strip of grass. Artistically, there isn't enough "white space" to support the bed. Option C .... it does not be makin' no sense, so I have to vote no on it, too. Consider this bed line instead:
It would make more sense to me if you were growing groundcover instead of rocks.
