Christmas Eve Supper: always Tamales with Red Chile (sauce); Caesar Salad; Green Chile Rollups; Wine. And for dessert, coffee and my homemade Biscochitos (New Mexico’s official cookie).
Our Christmas Morning Breakfast: the Christmas coffee cake that my clan/family has been making for over 60 years now; OJ, coffee, eggnog, scrambled eggs, (faux) bacon, and grapefruit.
Christmas Dinner: so far I’ve only planned Chateaubriand, wine, and for dessert my (individual) Winter Spiced Molten Lava Cakes topped with Vanilla-Ginger Ice Cream. And, coffee.
