Outdoors: Pool/Patio
Another raised option I like. Also, the fountains arc-ing into the pool are lovely.
It’s just beautiful. I usually prefer rectangle pools, but something about this really speaks to me.
Okay. This is the FEEL I would like, with the plantings, a pavilion, rectilinear pool with integrated hot tub…The estate looks like a village. Total awesomeness.
Pool with integrated hot tub. The space you can put chairs on and be just barely out of the water—what is that called? A Hollywood ledge, or some such?
Wow. Just wow.
I like the spa IN the pool. I also like the shelter at the end of the pool.
Spa with bubbler fountain near pool. Classical layout. Really dislike the color, though.
Tile around perimeter. Built-in pool cover.
Pools don’t have to be completely underground—and they can have lovely stone siding. Yay!
Disappearing water fountain. Simple. Perfect.
If you can’t afford a whole pool, a plunge or a spa can made do…
Color of the water. Pool inset in grass.
Above-ground pool whose nature is disguised by decking.
Hot tub and pool combo. The color of the water.
Enclosed feel, traditional elegance.
The lattices that make this feel like a secret garden.
The boulders that border the pool, connecting it to the landscape.
The simplicity.
“Sun Shelf” in pool with water lapping at lounges and umbrellas.
Fire feature for night time in the pool area.
Like the wide steps from the porch/pergola to ground. Like how the wide pavers connect everything. Like how the pool flows into the fire pit area. Like the various seating areas scattered about the yard for entertaining.
Pool has hydromassage area near steps, a deep swimming/diving area in the center, and sitting/relaxing area at far end. Cool!
This is a pool remodel. The features I like best are the addition of a waterfall at the end and the pocket garden on the side to soften the whole affair. Don’t like the color of the pool interior so much, or the red brick pavers.
