I've personally used portable induction cooktops numerous times and it was super easy. Yes, it's different from gas, and it has a short learning curve, like driving an electric car, but you get used to it really fast. Fortunately, Invisacook is in Florida and I have the phone number of their founder, so I'm not worried. Again, if it doesn't work, it will likely fail fast.
But I could be wrong!
I'll let everyone know on this thread. It probably will be another few weeks or even months before I report back, due to supply constraints from COVID in getting supplies for the kitchen remodel... but I'll keep this tab open until I get it working.
