I always check for wallpaper prices at Mahones. And if you must forgo silk and hand painted, check Thibaut for many chinoiserie prints. Of course another option is to just do a a few panels of Gracie or de Gournay. (by the way,the latter has porcelain,too)
Now,beyond maybe "chinoiserie" and "statement" what other words/moods do you want the room to conjure? For example: Contemporary as above or traditional as below?

ps- my dining room sports turquoise grasscloth so I get the love for the colourway ;-) Some say blues in dining rooms depresses appetite....my butt would beg to differ.
