Pyramid Roof
Just think of Egypt and you've already got the right idea about this style of roof
A pyramid roof has four equal sloping sides, exactly like a pyramid. It is a variation of a hip roof, which also has sides that slope inward. The difference: A ridge runs the length of a hip roof while a pyramid roof has only a single peak.
These pyramid roofs are finished off with dramatic glass peaks.
Thanks to the dormer window, it's hard to tell if this is a pyramid roof, with a single peak, or a hip roof, which would have a ridge at the center.
Pyramid roofs can be constructed from any number of materials, such as this one made of metal.
This tower with a pyramid roof also features clerestory windows and a stone facade foundation for look that combines traditional and modern.
