Ceramic Animal Planters - $9
The wonderful thing about houseplants is that you can put them in any container you like, be it a bowl, a clear vase, an interesting bust or maybe some cute animal shapes. These little guys elevate your plants from pedestrian to art for the home.
Fresco Garden Pot - $14
These printed pots are lovely. I'm loving black and white this season, and I like that these come in different sizes. Houseplants most definitely need replanting now and then, and this collection gives you your pick of a variety of pretty containers.
Smith & Hawken Round Copper Tabletop Planter - $7.99
Copper is hot in home decor and works both inside and out. This little container could house a plant just perfectly in the kitchen.
Socker Greenhouse - $19.99
If you don't have enough warmth or moisture for your plants, or if you want to start seeds indoors to save money on your garden, this little greenhouse is your answer. I'd love to fill one with plants and place it on the shelves by the south-facing window in my dining room.
Hasselnöt Plant Pot, Silver
This pot looks expensive but isn't. The color is perfect, and the texture gives it that extra touch of interest.
Shane Powers Ceramic Wall Planters - $19
People don't often think of hanging plants on the wall, but with these adorable planters, why wouldn't you? They look so fun in a group, and I could see the white ceramic contrasting nicely against a dark wall.
Modern Wide Terrarium
Terrariums are easy to create and are a nice alternative if you don't want larger plants. This container can house several small succulents and plants and makes for a nice way to keep a little nature inside.
Hanging Glass Terrarium - $6.95
Houseplants can even hang from above! A group of these planters would look so pretty in an empty corner space.
Multicolored River Stones - $3.50
One of my favorite tricks to make plants look a bit prettier is adding these river stones on top of the soil. They add texture and polish up the look of disheveled dirt. Plus they can keep water from evaporating. Try them out. You will love the way they look.
Square Hi-Gloss Yellow Tray - $29.95
You might think a tray like this is for drinks or holding books on the coffee table, but think of it as a plant corral! Group a few small pots inside, and their greenery will pop beautifully against the yellow. Plus, you won’t risk leaking water on a table or other surface.
Socker Plant Stand - $39.99
Instead of having plants scattered about taking up display space, put them in this stand to create your own plant wall. This way you can have more of them near the right amount of light.
Wee Watering Pot - $19.95
For indoor gardening you'll want a watering can that looks more polished. This one does the trick and is pretty enough to leave out on a shelf when not in use.
Plant Mister - $24
One secret to keeping your houseplants in good shape is to mist the leaves regularly. Use this little container, and your plants will be sure to thank you.
Socker Plant Stand on Wheels, Galvanized
This little stand is a must-have for larger plants or indoor trees. It allows you easily to move the plant to where it will thrive, and the little wheels won't damage your floors.
Plastec Recycled Floor Guard, Clear - $3.99
These plastic containers ensure that no water damages wood floors. They only cost a few dollars and are relatively obscure under a large pot.
Simply Mud Pomegranate Gloves - $8.95
Even when you work with plants inside, you'll still need gloves to keep your hands clean. These are lightweight and a good buy. Keep them with your tools, and you'll have a cleaner indoor gardening experience.
Ash Wood Garden Tools, Set of 2 - $40
I love that these garden tools have little color-dipped handles, which are perfect for indoor use. If you store them with the handles up, they are pretty enough to work in a larger vase on display.
Faux Oversize Fig Branch - $129
If real plants aren’t your thing, how about a realistic-looking branch in a vase to bring the outdoors in? Display several of these popular fiddle leaf fig branches and nobody will be the wiser. Or put them in a vase to add volume behind existing smaller plants.
Beaded Dragonfly Garden Stake - $19.95
I have a similar garden stake in one of my plants — it's like a little piece of jewelry. There are lots of garden stakes available that can add a bit of sparkle in between the leaves. Why not have a little fun with your plants too?
Howard Elliott Antares Medium Mirrored Puzzle Cube Pedestal, 10"x10"x10" - $203
This mirrored cube is actually a pedestal. Use it to add a little glamor to your houseplant collection. Or you can try DIYing one with mirrored panels from the dollar store.
Watering Globe and Plant Nanny Stake - $19.50
Make plant care even easier by letting these beautiful globes do the watering. I have several of them, and they make maintenance so much easier and add such pretty colors to the containers.
The House Plant Expert by Dr. D.G. Hessayon - $15.62
I always trust the experts and get books for my hobbies, including gardening. This one is specifically for houseplants, and reviews boast that it contains “everything you have ever needed to know on the subject.”
