Guest Picks: Fabulous Flatware
When it comes to accessorizing your table settings, don’t overlook the importance of flatware. With designs from modern to classic and rustic to whimsical, you might find that maybe it does make sense to have multiple sets — just so you’re prepared to accommodate an assortment of occasions from casual to fancy. Five years ago when I bought my first set, I gave it more attention (and spent more money!) than my family thought was necessary. But I still have that same set today and love it just as much as I did when I picked it out. I think that means I made a great choice.
If you’re shopping around for a new set of flatware, you might be surprised (like I was) to see how beautiful and affordable many sets are these days. From traditional silver to gold to black (my new fave), I think you’ll find something in this collection that catches your eye. — Emily from Merrypad
