I have a very heavy, large mirror to hang on existing dining room floor to ceiling mirror. Does liquid nails work for certain weight limits? Any other ideas?

Think you should talk to a mirror installer to get some advice. Don't think liquid nails will do it. Maybe drill into mirror for proper hooks. ???

If the weight of the mirror in sitting on the floor the liquid nails is used to keep it upright against the walls there shouldnt be a problem, however you might consider a small piece of trim to extend across the top of the mirror or perhaps replace the molding that is already there with new on top of the edge of the mirror. You could also do the same for each side and the base molding. Just a thought.
