I've been thinking about your room. I wondered if you center your TV on the big wall like you want, so you can view it from the kitchen and dining room...not on the wall itself but lined up with the kitchen and dining room... Then get a love seat to put directly in front of it, can you flank it with two swivel club chairs? For drink/snack tables, can you put a really small table by each club chair? Would there be room for a narrow console table behind the loveseat? Might there be room under the console for a pair of stools? I can tell TV watching is an important thing you enjoy. I still don't know if you have lots watching with you or just you or maybe one other. If lots, the club chairs and stools might be handy.
That leaves you with what to do with the space on the other half of the room and what to do with the wall where the TV used to be. I guess you have to think about what else you want to be able to do in there, and what you need room for. Might they house storage, displays, art? Do you need mirrors, accent lighting?
