Kjoy, I just started about two months ago moving the eating windows around and pushing myself to a dinner to dinner fast occasionally (especially after a naughty day 😂). I do have some improvement but may be a combo of things I’m doing (the trampoline 15 min HIIT excercise - 30 sec fast, 90 sec slow/stretch for 6 intervals). I am doing the 72 hr fast again next week when Mr leaves so will let you know. Gls and Liasch, that is so good!! You are fasting cool before it was cool 😁! Here is the chart I screenshot for the benefits that happen in your body at certain hours of fasting. Flo, I have MCT oil in my coffee to help me fast and I give Mr an avocado when he grumbles. I think under 20 g of protein keeps you in the fast state at least keeps ketones working. Some Berries can be had as well. This is especially helpful for diabetics trying the fasts for healing. 🤷🏼♀️😘😘😘
