Easy DIY St. Patrick's Day Décor
Lucky you: Celebrating the Irish holiday is simple with almost effortless decorations from two crafty bloggers
If you need some last-minute St. Patrick's Day decorations, here are two DIY crafts you can create in an afternoon. Both are great for home or party décor, and since they're made with spring greens, you can leave them up long past the holiday.
1. Cut a wreath base from cardboard. Cover it with fabric, and staple or pin the fabric on so no cardboard is visible from the front.
2. Create the little handmade roses. Cut your fabric into a circle and then cut it into a spiral, gradually getting thicker in the center. Starting at the thinner end, roll tightly and pinch the bottom — this will spread the petals out.
3. Attach your roses to the wreath using a dab of hot glue. Jordan varied the colors to her liking. Work until the whole wreath is covered.

Each flag in the banner is created using pages from a discarded book. Cooper added shamrocks and buttons to each. Customize with whatever you have on hand. Hang each piece on the string using a stapler.
Hang it on a mantel, in a doorway or on the front of dessert table.
