You also need to pay close attention to the deflection rating of your floor support. You may have structural work needed to use tile that large. You'll definitely need an uncoupling membrane in the mix.
The DCOF rating becomes really important in large tile, because there are fewer grout lines. .42 or greater. No shiny polished tile.
