Well the solution to the problem of white doors and trim is - paint them! There is soooo much going on with this house color-wise, texture-wise - blue grays (roof), brown-grays (stone), reds (cedar). The whites/tans do not fit and you dont need any extraneous extra colors - just stick with what you already have. IMHO, some version of a dark charcoal is indeed best choice - something that relates to the stone and ties all the various elements together. Also consider that dark colors recede, light comes forward. You want emphasis on the stonework and porch, not the siding. ETA - btw, I love the reds/natural cedar provide wonderful contrast with an otherwise all gray exterior while at the same time, relate well to the stone (both being natural "of the earth" materials).
