The problem is that, to get ”gray” with paint, opposites on the colorwheel must be used, which means that there will be undertones. I know of no peach-gray, becuase peach (orange gold or pinky gold) would ulitmately lend pink, red, or yellow tones to the white (actually an off white or cream). If you decide which of those you either would rather work with or need to work with, depending on what already exists in your home, then use the above as a starting point.
