I agree with Cancork, but I also think the low grout looks too low. That lower grout joint will also collect more dirt.
When I grout, I do a single first wash in a circular motion just to make sure all the grout is firmly packed, then let it sit for about 20 minutes till it starts to set up. This helps to keep from pulling grout out of the joints for my next washes. My next series of washes are single passes with a thoroughly rinsed sponge. The sponge must be rinsed after every pass; otherwise the grout will be redeposited on the tiles. Here you want to remove grout from the tiles only, not from the joints.
When the grout is fairly firm and there appears to be little to none on the tiles, I finish by polishing the tiles with a dry soft cloth like an old t-shirt.
