I also detect a bluegreen hue from LoE glass. Anne is correct -- it's not a tint or coating. It's something about how the actual glass is made. It's very subtle, and the energy efficiency is worth it, summer and winter. I'm super color sensitive and I eventually got used to it. It took about a year to stop noticing.
The best thing I did was paint with a soft white that has a subtle peachy pink undertone. (Not yellow, which will turn green in this light.) The paint doesn't actually look pink, it's a soft white that balances out the green.
