I ordered the axis II sofa from C&B in January and was told 16-18 weeks, I ordered with a fabric that had formerly been stock but was now “special ordered”. We were well into Covid at that point. Delivery would have been may timeframe. Now they are saying July/August. They will not let me cancel. I have brought up that I would not have ordered if I knew I would wait six months. That’s just crazy. It’s put a hold on my whole living room as I was waiting for the sofa and a chair ordered before getting other pieces. Just very frustrating. Additionally they can’t tell me where in the process they are. I’m guessing they are waiting on fabric but they don’t want the consumer to know. I’m expecting a call back from their manager. Will see.
