Under no circumstances should you order cabinets from Diamond through Lowes. Attached are picture of our initial orders issues as well as the replacement order we received a few weeks ago.
We initially received cabinets on 10/29/21 and still do not have a usable set of cabinetry to install and it is 12/27/21. TWO MONTHS since delivery and still nothing to install ( We ordered in July 2021 to give ourselves a large time cushion) For semi custom special order cabinetry that took 3 months we expected some quality, these cabinets are poorly constructed, chipped, dinges, covered in hot glue, assembled incorrectly just to name a few things. I had 45 emails back and forth between myself and the regional rep, and they also came to our home and said they have never seen such a bad order. While the rep has been responsive, he is not able to stop poor quality control happening at the warehouse. I have never in my life received such a poor quality product, furniture purchased cheaply on amazon comes in better quality than these "custom" cabinets.
We are on a builder timeline and despite having cabinets delivered two months ago. We will be facing incredible builders loan fees due to the delay in a resolution to the cabinet issue. We need our project completed on 2/25/22, however without cabinets we cannot install counters or flooring. Instead we have a completely gutted kitchen and main floor of our home and three small children. Diamond's customer service initially told me " good luck if you want your money back and start over with someone else it will be 6 months.
We are talking with their consumer affairs department and are hoping to find a resolution. So far the "resolution" each time is that they tell us they will " re-order and resend" , this takes approx 4-6 weeks and we are on round 3.
We are hoping to come to a resolution with Diamond, but I would advise to anyone to void. Please see pictures in links.
