I dont know if it's a casserole, but it's in our regular rotation.
Moroccan Chicken: Make a spice rub w/ 1.25 tsp salt, 1 tsp each of cinnamon, powdered ginger and cumin, 1/2 tsp tumeric, pepper, coriander, cardamom. Rub that on chicken, I use what I have but if I can choose it will be thighs. Brown the chicken in oil, remove from pan. Deglaze the pan with a can of diced fire roasted tomatoes. Add 1/2 C diced dried apricots, and a drained can of chick peas. Return the chicken to the pan, cover and place in the oven 350 about 30 minutes, but it depends how big your chicken pieces are.
I got this recipe from a friend years ago and my family loves it. Its great with couscous, rice or a yummy loaf of bread.
