I like the plan that centers the range on the back wall, but having a standard-depth run of perimeter cabinets and a peninsula with standard bases and seating won't leave enough space for the work aisle or the traffic aisle. If you put a run of shallow pantry cabinets (15" deep) on the back wall, you could add the extra space to the aisles. But, pantry cabinets will cost more than a framed, walk-in pantry, and the aisles are still not quite the NKBA recommended minimums.
