Master bedroom
I was thinking about something like this wood paneling at the head of the bed continuing up onto the ceiling. Could be wallpaper extending to the ceiling and even down the other side. Nice to find a photo to show the effect. Hubby likes wood though, and I was thinking about it on the wall behind his desk. So maybe it would be ok to use in this bedroom too. I've seen pictures where strip lighting has been embedded in the slats. What about reversing this with wood slats to the side and wallpaper between?
A lighter plum forest metallic wallpaper for the exterior and closet walls and doors and perhaps folding around the corners to the bed wall and all the way onto the wall adjoining the bathroom with a darker wall IN the bathroom over the vanity. I like that this wallpaper has at least three colors and a cloudy marble feel to it.
Pulls for bypass closet doors. Standard location is for pulls to the perimeter of the closet. And I think I like the idea of the more forward door being to the outer side of the room, and the more inserted door to be towards the room entry. I think it will give a natural progression towards the centered entrance.
Area rug sizes if I even want an area rug under the bed. Maybe not with cork. Probably just make dust.
