Lesson: all the color here is coming from accent pieces. Hmmm.... (maybe a little too white for my goal but something to consider)

These are not exactly the Colors/elements I want but interesting to see neutral sofa, lightly muted/colored chairs and then patterned rug. Pillows and decor add more pop.
Q

This is cute. Anything to learn from this? (Chair style? Not sure if too much wood with other elements? Chair Fabric is cute but a bit too formal for my goal? Maybe solid colored chair and toss pillows or ?)
Q

Feels too formal for my goal. I think something like the style of that red chair could work if the rug design and rest of elements were a bit less traditional.
Q

Color elements to consider: blue sofa with pillows; patterned rug anchors room with red; prints or colors on accent chairs. Wood accents. Neutral walls.

Color ideas: Chairs are blue with dark wood on a red/blue patterned rug. (And off white walls) To my eye, this darker wood looks better than the medium toned wood for the bed and nightstand.

Floral drapes and painted walls (the rest is more muted)
Q

Printed drapes tied back (obviously this is not a LR)

Like the blue

There’s something appealing about this—not sure what. How all the details are pulled together? Some color? Plants?
Q

There’s something about this aesthetic that I like. Not sure what. The balance of naturals and colors and woood and textures and ?

Table for the foyer area? Nice wood but lighter like this??? (And a little storage in the drawers?)

walls beige against white (?) use for kitchen or ?

fun (even though some of these items aren't my style, still fun and colorful)

neutral with pops of color (sofa is dark blue)

Feels beachy without being too much

orange isn't my color but I like how this has a colorful fun feel (and bright and airy). Feels beach-like
Q

too modern for my house but love how all these different elements get tied together. Fun! Colorful! (yet...neutral walls. hmmm...)
Q

LOVE THIS color and style!
Q
Photo
pops of color with neutral walls
Q
Photo
fun and colorful and yet the walls and sofa are neutral
Q
Photo
feels too unstated for my taste
Q
Photo
So much of this color comes from pillows and other décor. Interesting....
Q
Photo
These walls have a hue that adds warmth to a coastal vibe. (but yellow in the LR?)
Q
Photo
see how fabric on a pillow can tie things together
