Contractor should eat the entire job. This is a perfect example of why tile gets a bad name. I'm looking for something done correctly in your photo's. No luck. You are NOT being to picky as others stated. The cement board is required to be shimmed out past the tub flange not bent over it. It should be ripped out on that basis alone. Tile cuts do not get installed without being stoned smooth. Even wet saw cuts get stoned. Lippage everywhere, terrible caulk job, poor grout job. Waterproofing done correctly? Not likely. Here's the scenario. You decide to live with it and the contractor is gone to rip off the next person. Have a professional tile shop come in NOW and get an evaluation and quote in writing. Offer to pay them for the estimate. You will need this for your discussion with the contractor. For those reading along. A contractor is not a tile setter. Tile setting is a trade. Good luck.
