I agree with Pam. A sink with various levels makes it a more useful tool. I use our 30" Highpoint prep sink far more than our farm sink. It wasn't expensive but has held up beautifully after almost two years. I replaced the heavy colander with a $10 expandable one that fits either ledge. This board size handles 95% of my prep tasks and there is plenty of room to put a bowl next to it or to push the bowl under it when I need to run the water. Even with the colander stacked under the board I can soak a fry pan underneath. I clean as I prep so I usually wash my prep tools and corral them in the colander so there's no cluttered sink floor. If I only have space for one sink in the next house it will definitely have two ledges.
