@Barbara Wynd: Definitely a piece of art. Only thing I would do to make it functional is to widen it a bit, so I can put shampoo/conditioner on one shelf, soap and mesh pouf on another, razor on a third and the tall vase or a piece of sculpture on the fourth! :)

It still would be tall and skinny. :)

All of the placements of the squeegees in the photos look great . . . I actually like the idea of the clips that hold the squeegees in place. I used to use one in my shower and always kept it in the hanging shower utility rack , but it seems that the rubber squeegee itself always seem to get mold on it and I would clean and scrub them so after buying about three replacing them I just quit using them. as for keeping the shower walls and glass spotless they worked quite well though.

If the person done showering doesn't see the squeegee, it likely will not get used.

If the squeegee is awkward to use, it likely will not get used.

We keep ours at the end of the shower where it doesn't get splashed at each shower, on the wall next to the handle for opening the glass shower door. Can't leave the shower without seeing it.

My shower glass is from 1987, and I'm the second homeowner. The glass was not clear when I bought the house in 1995, but because we squeegee the glass and tile in our tub shower, it's now clear as, well, glass!

Our plastic and rubber squeegee is a pretty aqua plastic with a nice comfortable grip and no metal, so feels beachy and fresh, plus coordinates with my colorful towels.
