The Flamingo bean is the first one meant for your grand daughter. Here at Houzz/Gardenweb, in the bean/legume forum, there's a thread about it, with a few pics.
The second one for your grand daughter is the Japanese "white" cherry tomato. To explain this one, is that it was supposed to be Japanese Pink Cherry, but wasn't. Instead it produced a pale yellow (white, in tomato lingo) cherry, that in my garden had amazing flavor. It was co-discovered by two of us in the Secret Santa swap, but came about from a swap at a different website. It is not stable, meaning it will take several years to stabilize and grow true. You may get something other than the white cherry. A few of us will also be growing it to try to capture the flavor of last year's surprise. I'll likely grow about 4-5 plants.
It currently has no name. So, the two of us decided your grand daughter should name it, maybe with your help. Hopefully, she will be a part of gardening's future. ;)
