Construction begins. Had some floor issues as the flooring was 12 years old and couldn't find a match. Had a carpenter make floor boards although were not a perfect match, it worked good enough!

Project was done by Garrison Property Services. Completed on Sept. 2. Total cost for custom cabinet, walnut countertop and shelves, carpenter work on floor and all construction was $9300. We love it!!! Very functional space now!
