Accessible Beige belongs to the yellow hue family. Any color of white from the same hue family will work - technically. Aesthetically, you need to choose a white with a degree of chroma that you prefer. Chroma is colorfulness. Chroma answers the question how close to a true neutral gray is a color.
With Accessible Beige you could do Dover or Alabaster.
They have similar hue family notations and are very close in terms of value.
The most marked difference between Dover and Alabaster is chroma.
Speaking to aesthetic preference: Alabaster is more gray, has less chroma and with Accessible will produce a more modern/contemporary vibe. Dover is a snidge more chorma, is less grayed and partnered with Accessible Beige will produce a more traditional/transitional vibe.
I have two graphics for you. One illustrates where Accessible Beige falls on a color wheel per its hue family notation. The other plots a handful of Sherwin Williams whites on a color wheel per their hue family notation.
Hope that helps.
