Starting from left to right with the rosettes:
The pinkish one could be an echeveria 'perle von nurnberg' or it is a type of graptopetalm or one of its many hybrids
The bluish/greenish one is an echeveria and it's type could be 'azulita.' Again, many varieties of echeveria and hybrids.
The ruffled one is also an echeveria. The type could be 'neon breakers.' there are many many ruffled types so let's see what other forum members say.
The middle plant is a sansevieria cylindrica; a member of the snake plant family.
Suggestion:
These plants can get sunburned easily. Place in a bright area with filtered sunlight.
Change your soil to a gritty mix.
Water when dry depending on your area.
Being you grow orchids you will find succulents a bit easier. ---Best
