Fascinating article!
As an aside- the Womb Chair truly is comfortable. (I don’t own one, but I clean one regularly) The same cannot be said of much furniture with modern esthetic which, to me, renders them (perhaps lovely/cool, but) useless. How I want a Womb Chair!
