Teri, you have your hands full! I will travel back ten years and try to give you the order they finished our interior. Framing, rough plumbing, Hvac, rough electrical, drywall, drywall mud followed by heating the home to dry, sanding and mudding and additional sanding, ceiling knockdown, fireplace stone, cleaning, tile, hardwood floor, installed trim, careful covering of floors and windows, sprayed ceilings, sprayed painted trim and doors, cabinets, countertops, toilets, wall paint, then appliances, faucets, towel bars, stair handrail, and carpeting. I’m not contending this is the proper order, but it was the order our house flowed.
We live in a very Christian area and our children have heard “the Lord will provide” in the Community all of their lives. I have always insisted He will provide you with the intellect to equip yourself for proper decision making by supplying free will. I worry you are trying, but still riding in the back seat when you now know better. I am very happy I didn’t install placeholders when I knew I would change them later. It’s paying twice for an item. Good luck, Teri!
