Gray Walls
1. This room for a baby girl in Battery Park, at the lower end of Manhattan, has a base of gray walls, a neutral floor and blush accents. DesignbyRuchi deliberately kept the large pieces neutral in case the clients want to change the decor when they have a second child. The center of the room was left open to allow room for tummy time and other play.

2. This room by Shapeside also has gray walls, but instead of accenting in pink, the secondary color is a subtle blue. Notice the fun pompom detailing on the curtains.
Pompom Curtains
3. Unlike the two previous rooms, which nod to the traditional blue and pink color schemes, this nursery by Styled Pretty features a neutral palette and a star pattern wallpaper that doesn’t feel gendered at all.
One fun detail in this room is the surfboard in the corner. And the pompom curtains seen in the previous photo also make an appearance here.

Outdoor Inspiration
4. This nursery by Brandon Architects offers several playthings for a tot to explore, the rocking horse, the many books on the shelves and, of course, the tepee. Tepees have been trending for a while now in kids’ rooms.

5. This mural of mountains and forest is also part of the room shown in the previous photo. The outdoorsy image is one that will stay relevant as the child grows, perhaps even inspiring a love of nature.

6. This nursery from Dina Bandman Interiors takes a more fanciful approach to outdoor imagery, with a lemon tree mural that looks like a fairy-tale illustration. Drapes in matching fabric carry on the theme. A pale green backdrop for the lemon trees brings a pleasant lightness to the room.

Distinctive Wall Treatments
7. Colorful triangles make up one wall in this nursery by BLANKwalls Design; an ombre aqua-to-white fade bedecks the other. Both are distinctive uses of color, and the striped rug and the graphic pouf add more pattern to the room.

8. An accent wallpaper depicting feathers brings pizazz to this white, tan and gray nursery from Ram Construction in Charlotte, North Carolina.
9. A watercolor-like floral wallpaper lends soft elegance to this nursery from IN Studio & Co. Interiors, while a chandelier glams up the space. The room has just a sprinkling of pink in the drapes and the detailing on the throw and accent pillow that grace the armchair.
Baby Animals
10. This Houston nursery by Newmark Homes features neutral yellow walls with baby animals as its decorative theme. The large art prints above the crib, the blanket draped over its back, and the figurines on the bookshelves carry on the motif. Chevron storage baskets on the shelving units can hide toys and other baby essentials.

I like the tepee and the forest wallpaper, but I tend to agree with several other comments : these rooms mostly look stylish and appealing to adults (parents) but as a child I would appreciate to have more fun features and happier colors . It doesn't have to be over the top with Winnie Pooh or Cinderella everywhere, but there is a middle way between downright boring and overstimulating, for example :
I can only note that my own taste in design seems to be quite far away from what people generally like (since these are apparently the 10 most saved pictures). And some of these rooms completely lack practical thinking, for example in #4 how is a toddler supposed to grab the books on these high shelves? Or are the children's books only there for decoration? And the little (wicker?) side table in #6 looks like it's the first thing a toddler would grab and knock over.
For those who prefer a pop of color, we love our client's orange accent wall:
