I like the tepee and the forest wallpaper, but I tend to agree with several other comments : these rooms mostly look stylish and appealing to adults (parents) but as a child I would appreciate to have more fun features and happier colors . It doesn't have to be over the top with Winnie Pooh or Cinderella everywhere, but there is a middle way between downright boring and overstimulating, for example :

I can only note that my own taste in design seems to be quite far away from what people generally like (since these are apparently the 10 most saved pictures). And some of these rooms completely lack practical thinking, for example in #4 how is a toddler supposed to grab the books on these high shelves? Or are the children's books only there for decoration? And the little (wicker?) side table in #6 looks like it's the first thing a toddler would grab and knock over.

I took a class on developmental psychology and taught in a preschool and I understand many of the concerns listed in this forum about how impractical most of these nurseries are, but since these are the "most saved pictures" I think they may be so because there is something unique about each room that users would like to incorporate into their own projects. Not because each room is an ideal model of any particular style of nursery. I'd save number 9 just because of the beautiful crib even though I'd like to have a Dr Suess nursery. I also like the idea of having book covers on a shelf as decoration.... as well as books down below for reading. So my hope is that parents are researching and using these rooms just for inspiration. Or staging the photos because they will be posted online. I think it's great that there's a conversation going on in this forum about what is best for child safety and development vs what is pure aesthetics.
