ANOTHER BRISKET RUB 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup Paprika 3 TBSP coarse pepper 3 TBSP coarse salt 1 TBSP Hickory smoked salt 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp celery seed 1 tsp cayenne Mix well and store in an air tight jar.
