FYI there is quite a difference in ebony stain on the Brazilian cherry floors between dura seal and bona. The picture shows a sample of bona ebony stain on the top, dura seal ebony bottom left, bona graphite bottom middle, and dura seal coffee brown bottom right. This pic was taken after adding a coat of bacca.
Also, this photo is of a landing by glass French doors where the sun bleached the wood almost blonde, except where we had a carpet, which was very red underneath. The first sanding took care of that and all uniform color now (well, as uniform as it was to start). Will be putting sun shade blinds on the doors so it won't happen again. Expect the stain will help with the uniformity between the boards too.
