A side yard can sometimes go overlooked when it comes to landscape design. While ideas for boosting a front yard’s curb appeal and creating a backyard “living room” garner the most attention, if you want to make the most of your entire property, it might be time to give your side yard a little love.

Before and After pictures of our side yard in the Pacific Northwest. It faces north, and serves as a path to our backyard. A nice cool oasis on those hot summer days.
