You will need to stay elsewhere during this time. Even if you use a "fast curing" polyurethane (water based poly can cure in as little as 5 days), you still need several days to APPLY the finish - the cure time is separate.
The application of stain + sealant = day 1. First 2 coats of finish = day 2. Third/final coat of finish = day 3 (most finishes only allow 2 coats in 24 hours). Now that everything is "finished" (literally - nothing else "added" to the floor to get it coated), the floor needs to cure. Cure times vary and can be as short as 5 days or as long as 21 days (no animals, no boots, no rugs, no furniture) for that time.
There are some single application materials like Rubio Monocoat that have a "cure time" in hours rather than days....but they are NOT DIY friendly (sanding a floor to get it ready of Rubio is an art form - an art form that MANY sanding professionals cannot master). But once the Rubio is on....you only need a day or so before you can move in!
So you pick your poison. You choose the product with the fastest possible cure time that FITS your SKILL SET! I know that Loba 2K Supra AT = 2 coats = 5 day cure time. The stain is applied and then a sealant used. Then the 2 part water based polyurethane is applied (2 coats in one day) and then it is allowed to cure for 5 days (no rugs, no animals, no boots, no furniture). A water based polyurethane, outside of the hardwax oils, is one of the fastest curing finishes on the market.
They are EXPENSIVE (2 part European products are often $200/gallon) but they are EASY on the nose (very low odour) and they are FAST to cure (5 days is considered very fast).
Solvent based finishes often have 21 days cure times with HORRIBLE odour (many people complain about odour 3-4 months AFTER everything is finished)...but they are cheap and easy to use.
Pick your poison. Good luck. You'll need to find a place to stay during the refinishing and the cure time.
