So your question is really whether you should have a bathtub in at least one of the bedrooms?
I guess standard "wisdom" is that you need at least one tub. However, I can't imagine as a guest ever taking a bath in a home I am visiting. Also if you have guests who are of a certain age, they might have difficulty getting into a shower/tub so it would be less functional entertaining them - and they wouldn't be bathing anyway.
People say that you need a tub to bathe children - not everyone has children who are still being bathed. Again my experience is that kids after a certain age tend to shower anyway. The mythical buyer in the future would be able to install a tub if they wanted.
But when I remodeled, I did it exactly as I wanted it to be functionally and aesthetically and didn't think about how it might impact theoretical buyers in the distant future.
