Pepper topping -- the first one done today (the rest need a week to get there).
Posting this so those who already have big peppers (Jack) can start topping when ready. I'll repost it in the April issue for those doing it next month.

Pepper against sunlight so buds at leaves meeting stem can be seen (they'll soon grow into shoots and eventually (about 30 days) into many 'tops')! After topping, the pepper plant will spend most of its energy into developing these buds, and none in growing (the now missing) top, and little on more roots.

cut with cuticle scissors just the very top, leaving as many leaves as possible, so they can grab the sunlight and convert the energy into developing the side shoots
