This vendor custom-makes what look like good quality, super-sealed wood tubs. But may be cheaper to use similar shape/size resin tub and using wood elsewhere, like walls.
This tub from Signature Hardware is also a possibility if space allows--54" x 32"

Ignore the country style, but that tub is short, and the rounded edges might do the same trick that a round table does in a small dining area--making it take up less visual space and allowing for better movement around it.

One way to make a tub less visually obtrusive is to recess it in the floor, and I want to put this idea here for consideration, but I think it's not ideal for functionality, nor very buildable given that we will be over basement.

This is the idea of the short, deep Japanese-style Ofuro bathtub. But I wouldn't do it in the traditional hinoki wood for maintenance reasons.

I very much like the look of the square edged tub, but would need to try it for comfort

The wood floors look nice, but can they really hold up in a wet area?

Nice tile, and nice contrast with teak shower floor (although I doubt that would be durable)

I like the tile, but not the white grout. The shower fixture looks like a way to get a rain shower head without having to put plumbing in 5he ceiling

Like the elongated tiles

Like the heated towel rail, calm color palette, and organic element. But storage is lacking. And if we do electric radiant floor, don't need heated towel rail.

Like the large format tile, but would prefer less visible grout lines
