Enchantedrose mentioned that I have a lot of roses growing in part shade or part sun but I can't find that post offhand either. I agree with everyone else that the hybrid musks do fabulously well in part sun conditions and as long as they're hardy enough you wouldn't necessarily see much bloom drop-off. Heavenly Pink, Wilhelm, Guirlande d'Amour, Darlow's Enigma, Cornelia, Felicia, Bouquet Parfait, all of these do quite well for me in part shade.
I myself wouldn't get any bloom on my Mme. Isaac Periere if I grew it in anything less than full sun, but I need that location to get surviving cane enough and I only get one bloom a year. Reine des Violettes does fine with part sun but it's also the once-blooming version of this one.
For climbers, once bloomers like The Bishop or Erinnerung an Brod do fine in part sun because the deciduous trees haven't leafed out yet. Awakening is a good part sun and light pink rose that would do well in the spot you describe, but it gets pretty big and thorny in zone 7 I expect. Other climbers in part sun include Laguna, Louise Odier, Madame Bovary, and Sydonie.
Heritage gets big and blooms in part sun as does Teasing Georgia, The Alnwick Rose, and Carding Mill. Smaller Austins in part sun include Lady of Shalott, Tamora, Sharifa Asma (LOVE the scent), Tradescant, and Darcey Bussell among Austins. Heaven on Earth and Folksinger are two tough as nails large shrubs that have laughed off part shade and cold both. Quietness does OK in part sun but would bloom more in more sun. Hope For Humanity has done quite well on the east side of my house in poor soil, sun, and heat conditions and it has bloomed its head off this June. Robin Hood makes a huge cascading bush in part sun, but it's too large for the space you have. Most of my Canadian roses are on the east side of my house since that's a zone 4 pocket for me, but it's less of an issue for you. Still, I wouldn't expect your east side to be better than zone 6 just in case, so I wouldn't put a tender HT or tea rose in that spot. Almost all my Easy Elegance roses do very nicely in part sun, my favorites being Sweet Fragrance, Music Box, Calypso, and Snowdrift.
Among shorter roses, Bliss Parfuma, Earth Angel, Polar Express, and most of the newer Kordes roses have done extremely well in part sun conditions. Pink Martini laughs off the mostly shade I have it in and blooms incredibly well, to the point where it probably wants to climb. Rockwall Sesquicentennial is light pink and a pretty frequent bloomer for a short rose. I agree that Marie Pavie and Marie Daly are good choices. Ruby Ice blooms nonstop in mostly shade, and Solero Vigoroso and the other Vigoroso roses seem just as happy in part shade as in full sun. Belinda's Dream does OK in my part sun east side but doesn't bloom very often.
About half of my yard is less than optimum sun so I can comment on roses that tolerate it better than others if you run across something that strikes your fancy. In general, the HTs and floris will like it less than the OGRs like hybrid musks and hybrid perpetuals, and the shrubs probably best of all.
