Organizing Tips That Really Work: Pantry in a Drawer
Deep kitchen drawer keeps pantry items tidy and at hand
If you have a kitchen as tiny as mine, you might have just enough cabinetry to store your dishes, and not much else to spare. Instead of trying to shove dry goods into a cabinet or storing them in a hallway cupboard, consider using a deep drawer instead.
OXO ® 10-Piece Pop Container Set
Not sure which containers to use? Try an airtight container set in several different sizes, which can be helpful if your drawer isn't as large as the one in the photo above, or if you plan to use more than one drawer. Smaller containers can be used for spices, and the medium and large containers are great for grains and flour.
Store 'n Pour Dry Food Dispensers
If you're going to be including cereal or other pourable grains in your pantry, keep things neat and tidy with airtight pourable containers.
While using these instead of cereal boxes gives your pull-out pantry a great look, it also prevents the mess that comes from pouring cereal out of the box, and will keep everything fresh longer.
