The unique design of this residential lobby in Miami required a creative fixture that would achieve both a welcoming and distinguished feel. In order to spotlight the reception area – and match the lobby’s sleek and modern style – we employed our monopoint gripper system to create a U-shape around the desk. The resulting design achieves an inviting ambiance that draws both current and prospective residents in. We worked with Jorge Castillo Designs to choose White Candle pendants for the chandelier that complement the aesthetic vision. We also crafted custom sconces to match the chandelier, made especially to span 7 feet in height for dramatic effect. The fixtures display, like any good diplomat, tact and skill.
