Ideas+Design was asked to furnish a brand new 1400 sf luxury condominium that had been on the market for several months. As is our practice with a literally blank slate, we started by developing a concept of the potential owners- how old they are, their interests and lifestyle. Fully imagining the potential owners (or getting to know the actual residents!) helps to ensure that the many choices that follow create a harmonious result.

Coordinated choices in furniture and rugs, properly hung art, and colourful and appropriate accessories all contribute to a cheerful, youthful, minimalist ambiance. What's more, the furnished rooms actually look larger. Lots of open space welcomes the potential owners to imagine adding personal touches.

The result is a welcoming space that people can easily imagine moving into. And a condominium that sold in less than a month!
