Serenity House Tea Society & Shoppe.
A small space for an inventory that needed space. Vertical was the only way to achieve this and give the customers a feeling of room. The Walls were filled with shelving, all on poles that were held in place from floor to ceiling. Each unit had a specific section for the type of tea. Under each unit the 6" drawers held the days inventory of 3 teas per tin. 110 tins. And more..Tea Pots, Tea Cups, Mugs and more. The space when completed had a table up front which customers would sit and enjoy, a mirrored lit French Armoire near the window along the wall lit up at night to attract customers to look in the window. Window shopping a tea company can be boring, but through the use of a stunning 73" long zinc table the window was changed weekly and people would stop to see what was new. The back room had a bar unit to plan the Private Label teas for Hotels, Spas, Weddings, Clubs and more. It would not be unusual to have a wedding with 4 people talking at the table, a restaurant owner in the front table and customers in the store. All in 600 sq. ft. Great project and came out a winner.
