This Sammamish, WA new construction project involved care and detail from blueprints to completion. Our client's focus was both the amazing view and creating a home with function that would capture their ideal lakefront lifestyle. They wanted a classic color palette of warm wood floors, creamy white cabinets, and natural marble used throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. The mudroom doubles as the lake entrance, so we used a fun blue to create a whimsical feel and used durable materials to handle daily living. Entertaining and family gatherings are a huge hit with this warm and inviting Pacific Northwest home.
