This project was done to ensure privacy and still allow light and a view from within the living room of the home. Top down/bottom up fabric shades are perfect treatments for street and sidewalk view rooms. Fabric offers considerably more options than the bulk manufactured top down/bottom up shades. All lift mechanisms are hidden by a shallow valance room side and another of lining on the backside.

This particular shade was fabricated using a sheer linen lined in white.
