A steep hillside was tamed to provide a young family with access to their back yard. A staircase was added to link the upstairs to the outdoors. A new deck, simple outdoor food prep counter was added . Intergration of a spa off of the downstairs master bedroom. A custom built playstructure was designed into the retaining walls to further enhance the usability of the back yard.
