Laurelhurst Remodel
A complete overhaul of this 1923 house. A new three-story stairwell accesses a completely revised second floor layout, made more spacious with the addition of a large dormer facing the street. The second floor includes three bedrooms, including a master suite; vaulted ceilings; an additional bath; and ample built-in storage. Relocating the stair allowed for a new, open kitchen layout on the first floor. Interior fixtures and finishes by Domestic Arts. Construction by JDL Development.
Project Year: 2018
Project Cost: $500,001 - $750,000
Country: United States
